Director of Operations

What You Will Do:

• Deliver accurate, timely production and order fulfillment
• Perform lean system design and ensure measurable waste reduction (scrap, inventory, lead time, labor)
• Oversee the product lifecycle (cost and margin, enhancements, SKU strategy)
• Establish operational scorecards with clearly-defined, measurable performance targets
• Lead the development of infrastructure, facility, and capacity strategies to support organizational growth plans
• Hold responsibility for MRP/ERP accuracy and production planning
• Manage equipment strategy and investment planning (CapEx)

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Strong experience in manufacturing operations, with proven success in scaling production efficiently
• Outstanding leadership, with the ability to cultivate a continuous improvement culture and grow high-performing teams
• High level of proficiency with waste reduction, lean manufacturing principles, and operational metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
