Field Engineer

We’re looking for a proactive Field Engineer who thrives in a fast‑paced project environment and enjoys solving problems on the jobsite. In this role, you’ll support field operations, help coordinate construction activities, and ensure work progresses smoothly across multiple disciplines. This position is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys working closely with teams to keep projects moving forward.

What You Will Do:

• Support daily construction activities, including field coordination and issue resolution
• Assist with quality assurance and quality control processes outlined in the Project Quality Plan
• Coordinate prep meetings, inspections, follow-up checks, and punch list completion
• Support mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) coordination efforts
• Track project delays, communicate impacts, and provide scheduling support
• Participate in final inspections with internal teams and customers
• Contribute to project safety audits and overall safety initiatives
• Perform additional project support tasks as needed

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• Willingness to travel or relocate based on project needs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic understanding of construction practices and mechanical/electrical systems
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Experience with construction scheduling tools, including Primavera P6 (preferred)
