Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to play a key role in supporting core HR operations and enhancing the employee experience across the organization. This position works closely with leadership to deliver guidance and operational support across a broad range of activities, including workforce support, policy implementation, and administrative functions. Strong candidates for this role will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to balance daily HR needs while supporting organizational objectives.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, including hiring, orientations, background checks, and workforce planning
  • Act as the primary HR contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, supporting investigations, and advising managers on performance and discipline
  • Manage HR administration, including employee records, documentation, compliance tracking, and audit/reporting support
  • Coordinate and support training and development programs, ensuring completion of required training and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, including audits, regulatory updates, and risk communication to leadership

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • SHRM-CP or SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience with Paylocity preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
  • Capability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
  • Ability to move throughout and access all areas of the organization's facilities
