Our client is seeking a skilled and dependable Facilities Service Technician to support the daily operations of their office locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast‑paced environment and enjoys variety in their work. As a key support resource, you’ll help maintain functional, organized workplaces by assisting with facility upkeep, coordinating office moves, supporting meetings and events, and managing day‑to‑day logistical needs to keep the environment running efficiently and without disruption. What You Will Do:

  • Provide supplies and mail delivery across multiple facilities, ensuring timely restocking and organization
  • Assist in setting up and tearing down conference rooms and events, often with little warning
  • Move, install, and maintain office furniture and equipment, supporting ongoing office needs
  • Complete errands using company vehicles, including deliveries and pickups to support daily operations
  • Perform general facilities maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors for furniture and equipment deliveries and installations
  • Oversee inventory of beverages, paper goods, and supplies at break stations across locations
  • Organize warehouse storage areas and manage archived records, including retrieval and returns
  • Meet urgent delivery needs at warehouses with minimal notice
  • Support additional tasks and duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with coworkers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Physical readiness to perform demanding tasks, including lifting items over 50 pounds and remaining on your feet for long periods
  • Comfortability working around moving equipment and at elevated heights when required
  • A valid driver’s license and proven ability to safely operate company vehicles
  • Capability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, documentation, and multiple duties at the same time
