Our industry-leading client is searching for a Systems Processing Specialist to support an enterprise-wide file transfer migration project. In this role, you'll join a supportive team and play an essential part in tracking and coordinating migrations across systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with data, technology-driven processes, and multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.   • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • ​​​Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to communicate expectations, requirements, and timelines for project work
  • Manage migration schedules, milestones, and target completion dates
  • Track and report migration status and completion rates across assigned connections
  • Maintain detailed documentation, tracking spreadsheets, and supporting folders
  • Monitor activity within file transfer connections to ensure successful implementation and production readiness
  • Support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and integrity of file transfer systems and related tools
  • Troubleshoot issues related to information setup, credentials, encryption, and connectivity
  • Manage and analyze large data sets in Excel using filters, pivot tables, and macros

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • 2–3 years of related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
  • High degree of accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Intermediate Excel skills (filters, pivot tables; macros is a plus)
  • Basic computer and keyboard proficiency
  • Ability to manage project timelines and hold stakeholders accountable
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and solve problems independently
