Our client is searching for a hands-on Senior Design Engineer to bring next-generation technology to life. This client is a premium manufacturer known for its high-performance, globally recognized products, which continue to drive innovation through its new product development and prototype engineering team. This role will participate in both concept creation and real-world performance, transforming early ideas into functional, testable designs that ultimately reach production. 

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 7:00AM – 4:00PM
  • Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

  • Manage design reviews and tolerance stack-up analyses and to guarantee reliable assembly and manufacturability
  • Oversee engineering change requests, guiding designs through development and into production release
  • Lead and approve the work of Mechanical Designers, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals
  • Develop and coordinate test plans with lab teams, execute performance testing, and evaluate results to validate and refine design concepts

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of engineering experience
