What You Will Do:

• Uphold consistent execution of safety and environmental policies in accordance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
• Facilitate safety programs aimed at preventing workplace incidents and promoting a secure work environment
• Organize and conduct internal and external safety and environmental training sessions for employees
• Guide and contribute to safety and ergonomics committees to support organizational safety initiatives
• Serve as a resource to employees and leadership on workplace health, safety, and environmental concerns
• Create, revise, and perform annual reviews of safety standards, procedures, and documentation
• Identify and assess ergonomic and safety risks associated with workstations, equipment, and operational practices
• Compile, monitor, and interpret safety data to support continuous improvement efforts

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 3-5 years of experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Demonstrated experience conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulatory requirements, including incident reporting, environmental compliance, and workplace safety standards
• Understanding of ergonomics principles, risk assessment methodologies, and human‑factors engineering
