What You Will Do:

• Add value to customers by directly leading and managing major industrial projects
• Oversee and direct teams, assigning aspects of a project to members as needed
• Visit job sites regularly, maintaining a positive relationship with customers and employees
• Assess, designate, and resolve issues of customers and clients as they arise
• Maintain an excellent safety record on job sites
• Approve change orders and process workflow

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• 4-year degree in construction engineering, construction management, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience with a strong technical background
• 5+ years of experience with projects with a focus on Industrial Piping or Material Handling
• Ability to manage all aspects of the job site and project
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
