As a 2nd/3rd Shift Production Lead, you will provide hands‑on guidance and support to your team, driving strong performance across all production activities. You’ll champion a culture centered on safety, quality, and continuous improvement while ensuring your shift operates efficiently and consistently meets operational goals. This organization is a long-standing, privately held manufacturer based in southeastern Wisconsin that specializes in helping well-known consumer brands bring products to market—often behind the scenes. Known for their speed-to-market, strong supply chain capabilities, and innovation-driven approach, they operate multiple regulated facilities and support everything from product development to full-scale production.

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 3:00PM – 11:00PM or 11:00PM – 7:00AM

What You Will Do:

  • Uphold a safe working environment
  • Ensure consistent quality and maintain production efficiency
  • Oversee daily production reports, workflow coordination, and staffing levels
  • Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for your team
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional departments and leadership teams
  • Provide operational support as needed to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s degree in supervision or operations management is preferred
  • 2–4 years of supervisory experience overseeing production teams in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and the capability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
