Accounting Manager (Controller Track)

What You Will Do:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activity
• Support the month-end and year-end close process, with the opportunity to take on ownership over time
• Assist with cash management, reporting, and financial visibility for leadership
• Help identify and improve processes, including supporting future system/ERP enhancements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely financial operations
• Support project and/or work-in-process (WIP) accounting, including tracking costs, analyzing variances, and ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Assist with payroll coordination and related processes

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Experience supporting or participating in the month-end close process
• Ability to operate in a hands-on role and manage multiple areas of accounting
• Experience in a manufacturing, project-based, or operational environment preferred
