We are seeking a strategic and people‑focused Director of Human Resources to lead initiatives that drive continuous employee growth through impactful Learning and Development programs. This role serves as a trusted advisor to organizational leadership, providing sound guidance on complex employee relations matters and effective resolution strategies. What You Will Do:

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the Life Line HR team, cultivating a high‑performing, service‑driven department
  • Design and implement holistic HR strategies encompassing talent acquisition, retention, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to assess workforce needs and execute effective talent and succession planning initiatives
  • Lead employee engagement and culture‑building efforts that support satisfaction, retention, and organizational performance
  • Manage training and development initiatives
  • Evaluate workforce metrics and trends to guide strategic decision‑making and workforce planning
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on complex employee relations matters, offering informed guidance and practical resolution approaches
  • Create, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook 
  • Establish and sustain relationships with community partners, industry associations, and workforce organizations 

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communications, or related field
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics preferred
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
