We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and conveying systems that support daily production operations. This role performs advanced preventative and predictive maintenance, identifies root causes of equipment issues, and ensures safe, reliable operation of machinery across the facility. The position also provides leadership support within the maintenance team, assists with training, and helps uphold strict safety, sanitation, and biosecurity standards. What You Will Do:

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment 
• Diagnose equipment issues, determine root causes, and conduct necessary repairs, including welding, fabrication, plumbing, and component replacement
• Conduct routine maintenance on ventilation, water, feed, egg-handling, and manure systems
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various conveyor belt systems
• Replace or repair drive components such as chains, gears, belts, pulleys, shafts, motors, and gearboxes
• Operate all-terrain forklifts and man-lift equipment as needed
• Monitor and correct unsafe conditions and support facility safety initiatives
• Follow strict compliance, food safety, and biosecurity procedures when working in animal housing environments

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical or trade education strongly preferred
• 5+ years of industrial, commercial, or facility maintenance experience
• Strong electrical knowledge, including use of advanced testing equipment
• Experience with mechanical systems, conveyors, fabrication, welding, and component-level repairs
