We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong Python and AWS experience who wants to make a real engineering impact, not just close tickets. In this role, you’ll actively write code, dive into root‑cause issues, and build solutions that strengthen our systems end‑to‑end. You’ll work hands‑on with modern AWS serverless technologies, especially Lambda, gaining in‑demand experience with cloud‑native architecture. This position offers high visibility across platforms, vendor integrations, and enterprise tools like ServiceNow, giving you a broad understanding of how our systems connect. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build, troubleshoot, and grow toward senior or architecture‑level responsibilities.

Work Model:

  • Hybrid

What You Will Do:

  • Investigate and resolve service errors and incidents
  • Work heavily in AWS environments (Lambda)
  • Perform Python-based engineering tasks (not just scripting)
  • Write and execute SQL queries
  • Support system integrations, including tools like ServiceNow
  • Collaborate across vendor systems and internal platforms
  • Read and understand existing code to troubleshoot effectively

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • Demonstrated engineering-level proficiency in Python
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly Lambda
  • Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and analyze existing code
  • Practical experience working with SQL
  • Familiarity with mainframe systems
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or comparable vendor platforms
  • Background in building and supporting integrations across systems
