What You Will Do:

• Provide overarching leadership to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and high-quality service delivery across all locations
• Drive the execution of geographic expansion, including opening new locations and integrating acquisitions
• Develop and mentor management teams to foster leadership growth and accountability
• Align operational initiatives with strategic goals to support sustainable growth and profitability

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Proven executive or senior leadership experience in multi-location service or asset-based businesses (2–5 years preferred)
• Demonstrated success leading field operations in industries such as waste hauling, equipment rental, construction services, logistics, or industrial services
• Strong track record in developing manager talent and building high-performing teams
• Expertise in profit-and-loss management, operational performance, and strategic execution
• Ability to travel as needed to oversee multiple locations and strategic initiatives
• A commitment to uphold the company’s core values of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork
