We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Designer to join a growing U.S.
engineering operation backed by deep industry expertise and a century of global engineering knowledge. With manufacturing capabilities spanning multiple countries, our organization offers strong technical support and long‑term product stability. As the U.S. team expands from imported products to semi‑assembled and fully assembled systems, this role provides a unique opportunity to influence processes, shape best practices, and contribute to a rapidly developing engineering presence. Designers here work directly with OEM partners, international technical teams, and local manufacturing efforts—playing a high‑impact role in product development, continuous improvement, and the future build.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and detail mechanical components and assemblies such as axles, hubs, and suspension systems
  • Develop 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and supporting documentation using GD&T
  • Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analysis, and feasibility reviews
  • Support prototype builds, testing activities, and design validation
  • Analyze test results and field data to recommend improvements
  • Maintain BOMs, routings, change documentation, and engineering records
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency
  • Contribute technical inputs for quotes, specifications, and customer requirements
  • Work with suppliers on component selection, manufacturability, and cost‑reduction opportunities
  • Engage regularly with international engineering teams to align on standards, technical data, and lead times
 

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering, or related field
  • 3 or more years of mechanical design experience in automotive, agricultural, industrial, or heavy‑duty equipment
  • Proficiency with 3D CAD software; SolidWorks preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering documentation standards
  • Experience supporting prototypes, testing, and design validation
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and international counterparts
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
