Work Model:

• On-Site
• Third Shift (Mon-Fri)

What You Will Do:

• Monitor and coordinate job input, execution, and output
• Perform system and application backups across all platforms
• Work very closely with IT Engineers to resolve system errors
• Monitor infrastructure systems through the use of automated software packages
• Perform special processing when requested

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• 1-3+ years of experience in computer operations
• Associates degree in Information Technology
• Entry-level IT skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
