Staff Accountant

What You Will Do:

• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• Prepare monthly bank and general ledger account reconciliations
• Support sales/use tax filings, customer exemption documentation, and related inquiries
• Manage fixed asset tracking, additions, disposals, and reconciliations
• Assist with 1099 preparation, external tax support, and other accounting documentation
• Support complex accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions as needed
• Prepare and analyze reports to reconcile activity across systems and ensure accuracy

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 3+ years of accounting and manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and able to manage priorities independently
