What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute a sitewide quality strategy aligned with operational priorities
- Lead and coach the quality team to drive a preventative, proactive culture
- Integrate quality into daily operations through a close partnership with production engineering and supply chain
- Own and continuously improve the quality management system procedures and standards
- Drive problem-solving, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis
- Oversee inspections, audits, KPIs and supplier and customer quality requirements compliance
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience, with a strong background in manufacturing quality leadership
- Proven ability to influence across functions and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with structured problem-solving quality tools and data analysis
- Proficiency with business software and applying insights to drive decisions and improvements
- Expertise in manufacturing processes, quality systems and continuous improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma or SPC
- Experience with audits, supplier or customer quality requirements, and eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
