Financial Services Call Center Representative

Palmer Group is currently recruiting for a strong contract-to-hire Financial Services Call Center Representative position. This role involves communicating with financial representatives and demonstrating professional communication skills. Work Model:

• On-Site
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Monday – Friday

What You Will Do:

• Support financial institutions
• Operate in a fast-paced call center environment
• Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily
• Work independently and navigate multiple computer systems

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of previous call center experience preferred, but not required
• Punctual and dependable
• Must pass credit check
