Sales Account Manager

Our client is searching for a Sales Account Manager to join their team! This role will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, building new business relationships, and achieving sales goals. What You Will Do:

• Meet or exceed assigned sales and account growth targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify new business opportunities, distribution channels, and product improvements
• Manage sales opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
• Conduct regular customer visits and travel to support account development
• Resolve customer issues and provide recommendations to leadership
• Present business updates, market trends, and competitive insights
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 2-4 years of account management or sales experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to succeed in an office-based professional environment with regular customer interaction
• Frequent travel required, including air and ground transportation
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
