We're seeking a detail-oriented Processing Specialist to support critical account and transaction processing activities for our client. In this role, you'll ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while helping maintain exceptional service standards in a fast-paced financial services environment. What You Will Do:

  • Process daily operational activities including asset movements, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance
  • Complete routine and complex transactions accurately, efficiently, and within established deadlines
  • Identify, research, and resolve processing issues and discrepancies proactively
  • Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and quality standards
  • Utilize and support a variety of financial products, software applications, and systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to support operational excellence and continuous improvement

What You Will Need to Be Successful:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial services
  • At least 1 year of experience processing transactions in a high-volume, deadline-focused environment
  • At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Professional communication and relationship-building skills
