Our long-time client is seeking an Account Manager – Promotional Products to join their team. The ideal candidate will have some promotional product experience or have worked with a company that distributes promotional products. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Oversee client accounts, increase sales and gross profit margins in cooperation with Sales Representatives
- Bring awareness of the company to clients
- Maintain product knowledge
- Create quotes and proposals, coordinate order approvals
- Follow up on logistics
- Follow up with the clients post-delivery
- Accountable for client satisfaction and for providing best-in-class customer service
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience, promotional product industry experience preferred
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, and within a team
- Solid ability to set priorities, solve problems and be resourceful under pressure
- Strong initiative with a willingness to take on responsibilities and drive sales
- Attention to detail, ensuring all order details are accurate
- Ability to work with clients and suppliers to present thoughtful and unique ideas
- Strong communication skills
