Our long-time client is seeking an Account Manager – Promotional Products to join their team. The ideal candidate will have some promotional product experience or have worked with a company that distributes promotional products. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Oversee client accounts, increase sales and gross profit margins in cooperation with Sales Representatives
  • Bring awareness of the company to clients
  • Maintain product knowledge
  • Create quotes and proposals, coordinate order approvals
  • Follow up on logistics
  • Follow up with the clients post-delivery
  • Accountable for client satisfaction and for providing best-in-class customer service

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience, promotional product industry experience preferred
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, and within a team
  • Solid ability to set priorities, solve problems and be resourceful under pressure
  • Strong initiative with a willingness to take on responsibilities and drive sales
  • Attention to detail, ensuring all order details are accurate
  • Ability to work with clients and suppliers to present thoughtful and unique ideas
  • Strong communication skills
