Account Manager

An area insurance broker is seeking an Account Manager to manage Personal and Commercial Line accounts. If you’re a self-motivated and dynamic individual with excellent customer service skills, apply now!

Responsibilities:

• Develop good working relationships with internal team and clients
• Gather appropriate information from customers to meet their needs
• Inform clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposures
• Document electronic files accordingly
• Fulfill client requests and process new and renewed business
• Review policies for accuracy in coverages
• Resolve issues on service, billing, and claims problems

Requirements:

• 2+ years of insurance experience preferred
• Possess or open to obtaining Property and Casualty license
• Impressive customer service skills
• Strong eye for accuracy and details
• Positive and friendly
