Requirements:

  • Execute a transition plan to prepare the office for onboarding and efficient and effective transition of accounts
  • Manage data to ensure an accurate and complete data set
  • Enter data
  • Provide a high level of proactive customer service to the offices, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Act as liaison on behalf of the office with all internal stakeholders
  • Manage calendars and meetings

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • FINRA Series 99 or 7 & 63 is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Work Model:

  • 8:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Monday – Friday
  • Hybrid
