This individual will be responsible for providing support to the executive team by overseeing payroll, managing invoicing, assisting with financial analysis, and managing inventory. - Provide support to ensure efficient operations of office
- Answer phone calls and support visitors
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Order supplies when needed
- Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Manage, create, and send invoices
- Provide improvement suggestions in terms of the financial statement
- Process payroll
- Perform simple IRA manual entries bi-weekly
- Proven experience in an accounting capacity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- QuickBooks experience, payroll experience, and invoicing experience
