In this position, you will be responsible for recording accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, reconciling general ledger accounts, and carrying out general administrative tasks for the office. Responsibilities:

  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Perform general office administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in business
  • 3+ years of administrative experience
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Advanced computer skills, including email, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office
