Responsibilities:
- Assist with customer account management
- Process orders; prepare and send invoices
- Manage accurate data in the system
- Assist with sales reporting and analysis
- Work closely with Accounting and Sales teams to ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Impressive typing and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience in accounts receivables and sales administration
- 2-year degree preferred
- Proficient with accounting software, ERP systems experience preferred
