Responsibilities:

  • Assist with customer account management
  • Process orders; prepare and send invoices
  • Manage accurate data in the system
  • Assist with sales reporting and analysis
  • Work closely with Accounting and Sales teams to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • Impressive typing and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in accounts receivables and sales administration
  • 2-year degree preferred
  • Proficient with accounting software, ERP systems experience preferred
