One of our clients is looking to fill an Accounting Assistant position. This role will work within the organization’s accounting department to prepare tax filings and monitor tax-related expenses. Please apply today to be considered!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all mailing tasks, including UPS and certified mail, and ensure charges are added to the billing system by the client
  • Oversee office maintenance and manage the production room, including supplies and copier needs
  • Assemble, mail, file, deliver, and electronically file tax returns
  • Prepare and electronically file tax extensions
  • Actively manage database and workflow systems to maintain accurate client data
  • Set up new clients in various software systems
  • Address client needs on behalf of tax teams to assist with time and workflow management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years of relative experience

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
