Accounting Manager – Ankeny, Iowa
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per Year
We are in search of an Accounting Manager to lead and oversee our client’s day-to-day accounting functions. Qualified candidates for this role will have previous progressive accounting experience in either the construction or manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor financial forecasts
- Mentor and lead individuals
- Conduct various financial analyses
- Provide assistance for internal and external audits as needed
- Assist in the development of company goals and visions
- Carry out other duties as assigned
Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 5+ years’ progressive accounting experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Sage 300, Timberline Constructions Software
- Strong work ethic that is detail orientated
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Hours may vary:
- 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Monday-Friday
