Accounting Operations

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis
• Perform research on problems or issues and suggest solutions
• Perform tactical analysis associated with projects
• Oversee test system enhancements and upgrades
• Act as a liaison between IT and user group
• Provide assistance in the the production users in their day to day jobs
• Engage in projects as assigned by providing input to the project structure and acting as a Subject Matter Expert
• Demonstrate project updates to senior level management within Finance
• Utilize various applications to create various forms of output as needed
• Work to improve processes and tools used within the program of work
• Act as a leader with small teams on minor projects
• Utilize the appropriate tools to manage projects

Requirements:

• Demonstrated MS Excel skills with the ability to create macros
• Developed MS Access skills with the ability to create databases in Access or other platforms
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
