Palmer Group is partnering with a well-established organization in their search for an Administrative Assistant. We are searching for a natural leader candidate who can bring three years of experience.   • Provide direct administrative support to the Division Management team and collaborate with other team members and departments
  • Communicate plans, procedures, and deadlines on behalf of the Management team 
  • Proactively maintains and updates Managers’ calendars and provides scheduling details for travel arrangements
  • Manages and coordinates meeting and event details, including meeting space, overnight accommodations, schedule, materials, AV, meals, entertainment, presenters, and communications
  • Coordinates internal and external correspondence as well as composes and distributes information as needed
  • Assists with disbursement and collection of information to and from Branch Managers and location team members
  • Routing documents for approvals, compiling reports, building presentations, paying invoices, record maintenance, and setting up virtual meetings
  • Assists Division management with office technology, including computer and mobile procurement, setup, and troubleshooting
  • General office management of the facility, equipment, and supplies
  • Reliable and regular attendance is expected


  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 3+ years of Administrative work experience is required
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 with an emphasis on Excel and OneDrive
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Ability to prioritize numerous projects and duties
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing objectives and timetables
  • Handles confidential information with care

Work Model:

  • Monday- Friday
  • 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
