The primary responsibility of this role will be supporting the Compliance Complaint Resolution Team with intake, distribution, and reporting functions and Compliance requirements as assigned.
- Document procedures
- Communicate with team members and management
- Work towards team goals and initiatives
- Process returned mail
- Ensure processes are met
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree OR equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet goals
- Organized and able to prioritize
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday – Friday
