Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence in a professional manner
  • Handle multiple requests in a timely and complete manner
  • Organize documents, including scanning and filing of department records
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Verify client information
  • Other administrative support tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong time-management abilities
  • Detail-oriented, consistently accurate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
