  • Answer incoming phone calls, welcome office visitors, and accurately record all messages as needed
  • Enter purchase and sales orders into the computer accounting system
  • Provide assistance to the sales team with pricing, including entering pricing into the system, gathering prices, and submitting them to customers
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and accurately record all messages as needed
  • Verify delivery prices and quantities from delivery tickets
  • Send order confirmations to customers via email or fax


  • High school diploma required, AA degree preferred
  • 1 year of office experience required
  • Experience in a sales environment is preferred but not required
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically regarding Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • 8:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Monday – Friday
