  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Specialist, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
