Ag Lender

Responsibilities:

• Provide lending services to customers and prospective customers seeking agricultural, commercial, consumer, and/or mortgage loans
• Process and overlook applications for customer credit approval
• Construct loan applications and approve loans that meet established lending criteria and are within approved lending limits
• Present loan requests above lending limits to the loan review committee
• Prepare in-house collateral valuations and collateral inspections, and farm visits as directed
• Contact new bank customers to build and maintain the bank’s current customer base
• Asses all past-due accounts regularly and aggressively manage those needing immediate attention
• Examine serious delinquencies with the loan review committee and make recommendations for proper timing to repossess property, if necessary

Requirements:

• 1+ years of Ag Lending knowledge
• Demonstrated outstanding character, work ethic, and knowledge of all aspects of agricultural finance and production
• Solid analytical skills with an ability to connect personally with a wide range of client types

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Saturday rotation every 6-8 weeks, 7:30AM – 12:00PM
