System Administrator

Looking for versed System Administrators that will be responsible for troubleshooting, project work, and maintaining the health of various mission-critical systems, this is an integral role in the technology development and maturity of this organization. Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with various departments to better understand how they utilize systems
• Analyze performance and implement solutions to optimize applications
• Provide documentation, training, and consulting to internal teams as needed
• Maintain knowledge articles for program purpose and function
• Provide daily operational administration for systems
• Install new releases, upgrades, and patches
• Set and manage security policies
• Maintain files and documentation to ensure SLA adherence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (or similar) preferred
• 2+ years of experience managing, supporting, and owning applications
• Previous Agile experience preferred
• Strong teammate and customer-focused
• Eager to learn and develop oneself and others
• Empathetic communicator with a positive attitude
