Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and prospects to develop and build relationships
• Provide technical feedback on product specs and possibilities
• Support engineering and sales team in education and product specifications
• Keep an organized record of conversations and potential leads/project notes
• Stay up to date with new innovative technologies and potential improvements on company offerings
• Provide training to customers and internal employees as needed
• Attend limited events and tradeshows significant to industry
• Ensure timely feedback to customer inquiries and responses

Requirements:

• 4-year technical degree, preferrably in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with customers and educate them on product opportunities and implementations
• Experience working cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders, adapting technical conversation to audiences
