Asset Manager

Palmer Group has partnered with a local client on their search for an Asset Manager. This individual will be a part of a real estate team and will be responsible for investment analysis of assigned real estate communities. Responsibilities:

• Maintain an understanding of the complete financial picture of each assigned community
• Assist with financial and investment reporting to key stakeholders and owners
• Develop and analyze forward-looking financial elements

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, mathematics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in financial, data analysis and modeling, asset management, investments, or commercial real estate lending, development or acquisitions
• Analyze and influence operational and financial performance
