We seek a highly motivated professional for an Assistant Manager role with our West Des Moines client. This direct hire position will assist customers in selecting products in a variety of styles and budgets. The chosen candidate will have a customer service focus and the ability to be self-driven and multitask. Check it out!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products in a variety of styles and budgets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Enter orders and monitor weekly reports
- Schedule staffing and adjust coverage as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outgoing and innate ability to connect with people
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule
- Ability to grow into a management role
Work Model:
- On-Site
- Monday – Thursday 10:00AM – 7:00PM
- Friday 10:00AM – 6:00PM
- Saturday 10:00AM – 4:00PM
- Occasional Sundays
