A growing, collaborative company is seeking a Billing Operations Manager with a strong work ethic and strategic mindset to join their team. This may be your role if you are a proven leader with billing cycle experience and exceptional people skills!
- Oversee billing cycle, including analytical reviews and data analysis
- Ensure all billing activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Lead Billing Department, including direct supervision of Billing Analysts and Specialists, coaching team members to support personal development as well as departmental standards
- Act as a liaison between Billing Department and all other departments
- Maintain client focus in all aspects of work
- Perform special projects and other duties as needed
- 5+ years of leadership/management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Billing and/or invoicing experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Exceptional communication skills
