Billing Specialist

Palmer Group has partnered with this growing local client to fill the Billing Specialist role on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will work with the Senior Billing Specialist to address changes and corrections. and generate monthly billings. Responsibilities:

• Generate monthly billings
• Collaborate with the Senior Billing Specialist regarding any corrections or changes
• Send invoices to clients
• Provide assistance with research as necessary
• Monitor and track billing requirements and milestones
• Update and maintain client accounts
• Assist Senior Billing Specialist with any projects as necessary

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills
