BIM Coordinator

The company Palmer Group has partnered with is an industry leader with a strong local presence and community ties. They’re looking to hire a new BIM Coordinator who will collaborate with a team and share their ideas. Responsibilities:

• Review 3D models with internal staff
• Create 3D models of existing buildings
• Assist in making adjustments to models when needed 
• Manage and update company BIM standards
• Manage and update the creation of modeling tools
• Help create BIM Execution Plan

Requirements:

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
• Able to read and translate Documents and technical drawings
• Skilled at working as part of a team and individually on projects
• Strong time management and organizational skills
