Branch Manager

Palmer Group has partnered with a local client in their search for a Branch Manager. This individual will have a few years of experience working in a Bank Management role. If you are interested in this position, apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Open, close, and maintain checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, IRAs, ATM/Debit Cards, and Online Banking
• Analyze credit and financial information to make sound loan decisions
• Represent the bank through community involvement 
• Supervise CSRs and Tellers while monitoring their performance, as well as providing performance reviews
• Resolve customer inquiries and complains
• Assist with processing files and coordinate closings
• Motivate, develop, and train direct reports

Requirements:

• 3+ years of bank management experience required
• 1+ year of consumer lending experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with credit analysis and loan documentation preferred

Work Model:

• On-Site
• Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Every 3rd Saturday, 8:00AM – 12:00PM
