Branch Manager

This community-focused financial institution is searching for an experienced leader to act as their next Branch Manager. This role will assign and direct all activities within the branch. A very hands-on approach is needed to manage staff and continue to enhance the environment and customer satisfaction within the branches. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead branch operations
• Train, develop, and motivate branch teams
• Schedule in the retail banking department
• Ensure State and Federal retail compliance is met
• Participate in community events to support the bank’s culture

Requirements:

• 3+ years of banking experience
• Prior management experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
