We are looking for a Building Systems Engineer with 5+ years of experience in HVAC Systems, building automation controls, design, and sequence of operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a proven track record of designing and implementing successful building systems. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement building systems, including HVAC, automation controls, and energy management systems
- Develop a sequence of operations for building systems
- Conduct site surveys and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 4+ years of programming industrial systems
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering; mechanical, electrical, or industrial preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation controls
- Experience with energy management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
