Responsibilities: 

• Participate in the operation, maintenance, and repair of heating, lighting, and ventilating systems 
• Perform heavy lifting, drive vehicles, and performs related work as required.
• Record data concerning operating hours, temperatures, pressure, and fuel consumption
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance repairs/adjustments on a wide range of mechanical equipment
• Regulate fuel and water consumption and test and treat water

Requirements:

• Knowledge of operation, maintenance, and repair of boilers and water heaters
• Proven skills in performing a wide range of mechanical tasks
• Experience interpreting work from sketches and blueprints
• Ability to detect malfunctions in equipment and troubleshoot repairs
• General computer knowledge using Outlook, Word, and Excel

• On-Site
• 12:30AM – 11:30PM
