  • Track, manage, and maintain accurate sales and cross-sales-related activities
  • Collaborate with partners by coordinating sales activities and producing demonstrations of products and services
  • Provide insight on new product offerings to partners, research questions, and client inquiries
  • Collaborate with marketing to create effective web and print materials for prospective clients
  • Monitor and improve sales-related process efficiencies
  • Point of contact and assist with issue research and product information-related questions


  • 3+ years of direct sales support experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of current web technologies, including MS Office products
  • Effective in presenting webinars and facilitating sales opportunity discussions over the phone and virtually
  • Ability to successfully manage and execute concurrent priorities, projects, and initiatives while meeting deadlines
  • Superior verbal and written communication, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Active listening skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively throughout all levels of an organization
