Responsibilities:
- Track, manage, and maintain accurate sales and cross-sales-related activities
- Collaborate with partners by coordinating sales activities and producing demonstrations of products and services
- Provide insight on new product offerings to partners, research questions, and client inquiries
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective web and print materials for prospective clients
- Monitor and improve sales-related process efficiencies
- Point of contact and assist with issue research and product information-related questions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of direct sales support experience preferred
- Strong understanding of current web technologies, including MS Office products
- Effective in presenting webinars and facilitating sales opportunity discussions over the phone and virtually
- Ability to successfully manage and execute concurrent priorities, projects, and initiatives while meeting deadlines
- Superior verbal and written communication, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Active listening skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively throughout all levels of an organization
