Responsibilities:

• Implement learning & development programs
• Consultant, coach, and a resource to organizational leaders analyzing development needs
• Build successful development programs
• Prepare resources, materials, and supplies for training and meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years working in a consultative role in a learning and development capacity

• Ability to travel up to 15 – 20% based on region/company 
• Prior experience running a career academy and/or technical school, preferably the capability to build from the ground up
• Must have an analytical mindset
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems
