Responsibilities:
- Implement learning & development programs
- Consultant, coach, and a resource to organizational leaders analyzing development needs
- Build successful development programs
- Prepare resources, materials, and supplies for training and meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree

5+ years working in a consultative role in a learning and development capacity
- Ability to travel up to 15 – 20% based on region/company
- Prior experience running a career academy and/or technical school, preferably the capability to build from the ground up
- Must have an analytical mindset
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems
