Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Risk Management Reporting, Audit, and Accounting department
• Perform issue reports on financial stability, liquidity, income, and expenses
• Provide economic analysis and market share data for planning and competitive analysis
• Analyze securities and investment activities
• Supervise accounting, budgeting, and/or financial analysis functions
• Manage the audit schedule for all outside internal and external audit functions
• Compile financial and accounting reports
• Prepare accounting entries and adjustments to the bank’s operating statements

Requirements:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Strong experience with asset and liability management
• Skilled in reporting and modeling of reports, rate shock forecasts, and assumptions
• Able to accurately identify and proactively resolve potential problems 
• Able to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
• High level of integrity and dependability
• Strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
• Certified Public Accountant Certification (CPA) and/or Certified Management Accountant Certification (CMA) are desired
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
